Product details

S&I's Monovista CRS+Raman microscopy system is based on Olympus' upright BX53 and inverted IX73 microscopes. Confocal Raman microscopy provides spatial resolution at the micrometer scale. The software driven XYZ displacement table supports automatic 3D Raman mapping.
